Signs you have a wasps problem
- Visible paper-like nests under eaves or in sheltered garden areas
- Increased wasp activity around a specific area of the yard or house
- Wasps entering and exiting a gap in a wall, eave or roof void
- Aggressive behaviour when near a particular part of the property
What causes it
- Sheltered, undisturbed areas — eaves, wall cavities, dense garden beds
- Established nests from previous seasons providing a base for regrowth
- Food sources nearby, including bins and fruiting trees
